22 March 2018 : Service Disruptions ( continued) | due to ORACLE SAN hardware problem since 21/3/18
- Trouble shooting in progress since 8 am in the morning. Due to the complicated steps required to rectify the problem estimated recovery time may drag up to 12 noon 22 March 2018 or earlier - Affected Systems (MyUM , Staff eServices, Attendance, UMiFis, Portal resumed recovery in stages starting 10.50 am (22/3/18) - Problem still persists in accessing the following systems : UMEXPERT, RMIS / RPMS , UMPortal > eProcurement, UMPortal> Research , HelpDesk & UMDashboard as at 3.30pm - Access to ALL affected systems FULLY recovered at 6.55pm (22/3/18) |
