BACKGROUND

The Property and Business Development Office is a new division created under the portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Value Creation and Enterprise) since 2021. This division initiates multifaceted businesses to add value to university land and buildings. This division aims to develop its properties to the highest and best use value, in terms of financial wealth as well as social incentives.
