Symposium on Evidence-Based Practice

Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is the integration of clinical expertise, patient values, and the best research evidence into the decision making a process for patient care. Julius Centre University of Malaya (JCUM) is organizing a symposium on EBP with the aim of increasing the awareness and knowledge of EBP/EBM among clinicians, other health care professionals, academicians/researchers, and students. Speakers at this annual update comprise experienced clinicians/ academicians from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya (A/ P Dr Moy Foong Ming, A/P Dr Liew Su May, A/P Dr Sanjay Rampal, Prof Dr Maznah Dahlui, A/P Dr Ng Chong Guan & A/P Dr Si Lay Khaing); Ministry of Health, Malaysia (Puan Noormah Mohd Darus, HTA unit; Dr Goh Pik Pin, CRC and Dr Nor Asiah, IMR) and Taylor’s University (A/P Dr Lai Nai Ming, School of Medicine).
