A member of the Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI) and the South East Asia Botanic Gardens Network, Universiti Malaya's Rimba Ilmu features a living collection of over 1,600 plant and animal species.
Its serene atmosphere will captivate and enthrall, and even casual visitors will find delight in following one of the several trails which lead to most parts of the Garden.
More serious-minded visitors are welcome to visit the garden's well-labelled plant collections and a small reference library. Additionally, experienced staff members are also ready to assist you. Rimba Ilmu is open to the public during the normal office hours.
