🎯 Precision Intervention (PI): Shaping Future-Ready Graduates
At the Graduate Employability and Career Centre (GECC), Universiti Malaya, we believe that academic excellence alone is not enough. To stand out in today’s competitive job market, graduates need strong soft skills that complement technical knowledge and make them future-ready.
Precision Intervention (PI) is GECC’s flagship soft skills development programme designed to nurture graduates who are confident, adaptive, and career-ready. The programme focuses on five key soft skills identified as essential for employability and personal growth:
How it works
Students first undergo the My Career Personality Profiler (MyCPP), a baseline assessment that identifies individual strengths and areas for development. Based on the results, selected students will be matched with tailored interventions organised by GECC or their faculties.
Programme Experience
PI typically includes an immersive 3-day, 2-night off-campus camp, giving students the chance to learn, collaborate, and grow beyond the classroom. Currently, GECC offers three exciting PI programme brands:
