WHAT IS MyCPP?
My Career Personality Profiler (MyCPP) is a personality measurement tool to monitor your soft skills development during your undergraduate studies in Unversiti Malaya. There are five basic career personality traits that will be measured in MyCPP: Communication; Creativity; Leadership; Teamwork; and Entrepreneurship.
WHY DO I NEED TO DO MyCPP?
Your academic progression is measured by CGPA. Now, your soft skills development will be measured by MyCPP. This is very important to show your soft skill progression and ensure that timely intervention can be done to enhance any lacking aspects and ultimately improve your employability!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MyCPP?
As said earlier, the purpose of MyCPP is to reveal any lacking soft skill aspects. If your MyCPP result indicates such necessity, you may be selected for Precision Intervention programmes either at university or faculty level. Think of it as a booster shot to enhance your professional skills!
WHEN DO I NEED TO DO MyCPP?
MyCPP is now open for you to complete. The deadline is Week 3 of Semester 1 2025/2026.
WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS IF I DON’T DO MyCPP?
Failure to do MyCPP limits GECC from receiving your baseline soft skill data. This will prevent the measurement of your progression and hinder valuable help for you.
