Introduction

Keen engagement with stakeholders is one of the keys for successful monitor, improvement and transformation of education quality for the programmes offered in the Faculty of Medicine. Constant assessment and activities with the stakeholders provide information on greater understanding of the key issues and changing needs in the higher education sector and industry. Our division performs surveys on all aspects of teaching and evaluation activities, customer satisfaction, employability, and feedbacks.

  1. To continuously monitor the needs and feedback of stakeholders, for the improvement of overall learning quality and experience of students.
  2. To develop improvement plans based on feedbacks received from stakeholders.
  3. To recognize and extending good practices.
